2 Ways to register for classes!

1. Click here to download the registration form for General/Commercial Required Courses if you were licensed between December 1, 2007 and November 31, 2009 OR Click here to download the Continuing Education registration form if you were licensed before December 1, 2007.

2. Complete the correct form and fax it back to our office at 610-238-9959. You may pay by credit card or mail payment to us later (payment must be received in order to complete registration).
