Mr. Benioff is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the New York Hospitality Council, and is the Chairman of the Philadelphia chapter of the Cornell Real Estate Council, as well as being the Founder and Chairman of the Philadelphia Real Estate Council.John Doyle, MAI is a Member of the Appraisal Institute, having been an appraiser and real estate consultant for national inter-disciplinary appraisal practices serving both the private and public sector.
Carl Fischer is a managing member of Global Financial Resources LLC., a mortgage broker business as well as an executive managing member of EntrustCama Self Directed IRA’s LLC, which is one of the members of the Entrust Group, the oldest, largest, experienced, and most prestigious administrators of self directed IRA’s in the country.
Leonard P. Goldberger is shareholder of the Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring Department at Stevens & Lee, P.C. Mr. Goldberger has 32 years of experience in business bankruptcy law. A former Vice President, Director and Executive Committee member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, he has also been Chair of the American Bar Association’s Committee on Insurance Coverage Subcommittee on Insolvency and is a member of the ABA’s Litigation Section and its Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section.
Richard M. Heller, Esquire, CCIM, CES is a practicing attorney in Media with an extensive practice in real estate. He is also president of R.E.I. Consultants, Ltd., a 1031 qualified intermediary company. He holds the prestigious CCIM designation of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Council of the National Association of Realtor.
Albert (Chip) Hughes, MAI is a Principal of A.R.Hughes & Company, an affiliate of the RCDH Companies. In his practice he provides real estate consulting and valuation services for commercial real estate projects on both a national and regional basis. He is also a Past President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and the TriState REALTORS® Commercial Alliance. Mr. Hughes is also an approved instructor for the Appraisal Institute.
Dave Jacobs is the Director at Llenrock Group, LLC. He is responsible for sourcing new business, as well as assisting in the financing and structuring of deals on behalf of clients. Prior to Llenrock, Mr. Jacobs was a commercial real estate broker in the Greater Philadelphia area, most recently serving as Senior Associate with Grubb & Ellis Company’s Institutional Investment Group, where he exclusively listed or sold over half a million square feet of office product.
Rishy Mehrotra is an Associate at Llenrock Group. Mr. Mehrotra is responsible for the development of new business and assists in the structuring and underwriting of capital market transactions, specializing in senior living and healthcare properties. Before joining Llenrock, Mr. Mehrotra was a Debt Capital Markets Analyst at Barclays Capital investment bank in New York City.
Maruf Shiblee, Argus Software, Inc. is experienced in implementation, administration and training of various applications and systems. He is a skilled team player with solid communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Jim Vesey is the Principal of Vesey Capital (VC), a PA-based real estate investment company. Mr. Vesey previously headed the Capital Markets Group for Cushman and Wakefield in Philadelphia. He is a former CPA, a member of ULI and ICSC, and is on the Board of Trustees for the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. Mr. Vesey was also named the Business Fellow for the Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate at Villanova in 2007.
Gregory J. West, SIOR, is the President of West Corporate Partners, LLC. Mr. West works with organizations to create a systematic and analytic approach to assist them in maximizing their space needs while reducing their overall occupancy costs. He is also a faculty member of Temple University’s Real Estate Institute, an Instructor for BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Assoc.), SIOR (Society of Industrial & Office Realtors), and TriState Realtors Commercial Alliance.
